Rule #10: Not all successful managers are competent and not all failed managers are incompetent. Rule #13: A manager who is his own systems engineer or financial manager is one who will probably try to do open heart surgery on himself. 13 一個(gè)親自兼任項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)工程師或財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理很可能是一個(gè)試圖為自己進(jìn)行心臟外科手術(shù)的人。
Rule #14: Most managers succeed on the strength and skill of their staff.
