at I am more tolerant than my manager, especially after he said changing office to me, the feeling of intolerance of him was much stronger. Secondly, I felt that I was professional than my manager, I would just look down on him when he jumped from one topic to another topic and would think he was too much not professional. 由于時(shí)差和睡眠的原因,在培訓(xùn)課上是非常困乏的,而且培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了整整一天,中午飯都是叫的外賣大家一起在培訓(xùn)室吃的,這只是一個(gè)入門的培訓(xùn),但是人力資源總監(jiān)的幾個(gè)例子卻讓筆者非常震撼,尤其是他講到的他工作經(jīng)歷中一次和他的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之間的嚴(yán)重沖突以及他當(dāng)初的做法,以及和筆者一樣的看著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)去犯錯(cuò)誤的做法以,還有他當(dāng)時(shí)是在怎樣一個(gè)盒子里并且這個(gè)盒子對(duì)他和他的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之間關(guān)系的危害。也讓筆者思考:在筆者和自己總經(jīng)理的矛盾中,自己是不是一直將自己困在盒子里呢?后來(lái)和人力資源總監(jiān)又有幾次的溝通,越發(fā)覺得自己確實(shí)是困在盒子里。筆者也按照人力資源總監(jiān)Craig的引導(dǎo)分析了套在自己身上的這個(gè)盒子。 首先,覺得自己比領(lǐng)導(dǎo)寬容,尤其是當(dāng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)說(shuō)出換辦公室那番話之后,就越發(fā)覺得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)無(wú)容人之量;其次,自己覺得自己比領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更職業(yè)化,尤其是在面對(duì)顧客的時(shí)候,當(dāng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)顧左右而言他的時(shí)候,心里會(huì)竊竊的想,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)真的很不職業(yè)化,看我在顧客面前表現(xiàn)得多么得體!似之等等!甚至對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有點(diǎn)鄙視的.
After the training by HRD, I was thinking about my thought and behavior a little bit more and I also carefully considered my manager’s need by seeing him as people, instead of seeing him as something on my way to manage my project successfully, a means which I can use to push my project forward or something which are not important in my project management.
