Exercise #5 on page 106 of the text provides a list of tasks and
dependencies for building a new system.（I have provided the list at the bottom:)）

3. Let us assume that we have three such systems to build (inventory, order entry, and customer support) – each during one iteration of an agile development methodology. Further assume that the project will be completed during normal working days (Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, no work on statutory holidays). Further assume that the project will start September 2nd, 2008. Statutory holidays include Thanksgiving (Oct13, Christmas (Dec 25), Boxing Day (Dec 26) and New Year’s Day (Jan 1).

4. Build a Project model for this, remembering to add a final “Party”milestone after the third iteration.

5. Build a one-page word processed report which incorporates two
embedded images – a network view of a single iteration, and a Gantt chart view of the entire project. These images will have to be scaled to fit the page. There should be a summary sentence at the beginning, outlining the duration of each iteration, as well as the anticipated project completion date.
